Green plant wall adds luxury to Hotel Nimb in Copenhagen

The well-known and award-winning Hotel Nimb near Tivoli in Copenhagen has invested in making the hotel bigger, more up-to-date, and even more attractive to their guests. The green aspect has been key to the planning. This can be seen from top to bottom: in the roof garden and in the basement’s plant walls.

Wellness in a class of its own

With the expansions and new creations of recent years, Hotel Nimb stands out as a hotel right at the forefront. First they built a new wing with bedrooms and a green rooftop with infinity pool, and more recently in 2018 the hotel opened a new and exclusive spa centre in the basement. The Nimb Spa is inspired by a classical hammam, and offers all forms of wellness.

The Nimb Spa meets the needs of both the activity room and the quiet room. In the fitness centre guests work hard to stay in shape. In the quiet room, the plant walls and soft furnishings enhance the laid-back atmosphere, which makes space for inner calm and immersion. Here at Nimb Wellness, you can delve into the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku, which is part of the biophilic design that focuses on the effect of green surroundings on the human mind.
